The hotel's rooms are huge and modern but were not ready upon check-in, marred by a bad design mistake. The location is superb, centrally situated on the Magnificent Mile, just a short walk to key attractions. However, the dining could be more varied considering the price paid. Our stay at the hotel was quite challenging when it came to the rooms, but the spacious and well-maintained accommodations turned out to be a pleasant surprise, especially for a city hotel. The hotel service, including housekeeping and valet parking, was exceptional. The central location near Michigan St and the Magnificent Mile was a big plus for exploring the city's main tourist attractions. Dining was a mixed experience - great value but some areas need improvement. Overall, our stay offered good value for money.
